Channeled by Leah Levkowitz This is St Germaine. What guidance or understanding can I give you? What is the process that our soul goes through when the body dies? Initially, based on the beliefs your personality has about death, your soul will somewhat have an experience based on those beliefs. If a person feels that they need to complete something with someone on the physical side they will try to communicate with or get the message across to the person or persons somewhat like a guide however with the purpose of finding resolution for the benefit of both itself or with the living. So after that your soul will go to, what people experience as, “the light”. It is a transition from the memories of the personality merging back to the oneness of the soul. The light is the immense divine energy of unconditional love that helps this transition. Those that have had near death experiences where they experienced something negative or dark, again, this is due to their consciousness, that somehow they are deserving of punishment. God does not judge you. Contrary to belief, there is no heaven or hell other than your personality experiencing all the emotions of its actions that were not aligned with the desires of its soul and universal law. Your soul will look at what experiences were accomplished and what were not. You might say it is a period of evaluation of its life experiences. It will then decide with a group of guides what will be next for its evolution. Whether to come back again, if so when and what will the purpose be, or to learn on the non-physical side, perhaps to be a guide and learn from that perspective. It all depends on where the soul is on its process of evolution. Most of the human rituals done for someone’s death are primarily for the living to help them through this physical loss. There is no one right way. Once one begins to understand and live with the consciousness that you never die, that we are all connected for eternity and that everyone that comes into our life in the physical is so choosing to in order for the soul to evolve into expressing unconditional love, then you will have achieved your soul’s purpose in the physical. It is much more complex, but that is a basic understanding. A more important question is how you affect your deaths and the time spent living. We will save that for next time. |
